  • The cut-off time for cheese hampers is 7 am Sydney time. However, cheese hampers are only delivered on particular days in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide. Please use our delivery calculator to get an estimated delivery date.
  • Yes, pick-ups are available from 8 am to 4 pm weekdays (excluding public holidays).
  • Pick-up orders must be placed before 3 pm to be collected today.
  • Our warehouse address is C1/391 Park Rd, Regents Park NSW 2143.
  • Yes, same-day deliveries are available on express orders placed by 11 am Sydney time with a delivery destination in the Sydney metro area.
  • Same-day orders are delivered from 1 pm to 9 pm by Star Track Couriers.
  • Same-day deliveries can't be delivered to Parcel Lockers or P.O. Boxes.
  • The cost of express delivery depends on your location.
  • If an express order is placed before 3 pm and the delivery address is in a metro area, the order may be delivered on the next business day.

  • Personalised products are dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm Sydney time.
  • During the checkout process, we'll ask you if you want to require that your order be signed for. If you select "yes" and tick the box, your order must be accepted and signed for by a person. It will go to the nearest post office or our warehouse if no one's home.
  • If you select "no" and don't tick the box, your order will be left in a secure location if no one is home. If it's not safe to leave the order, it will go to a post office or our warehouse.
  • Please note that HDS orders automatically have Authority to Leave.
  • You can leave special delivery instructions for delivery drivers at the checkout. Our team won't see them - ONLY the delivery drivers will.
  • If you leave a phone number and request a call, we can't ensure you or your gift recipient will be called.
  • If you leave a message requesting a specific delivery time or day, we can't ensure it will be followed.
  • We DON'T recommend hospital deliveries, as we can't ensure they'll reach your gift recipient. It's easy for gifts to get lost, some hospitals don't accept direct deliveries, and hospitals are busy places.
  • If you must send an order to a hospital (which we don't advise), contact the hospital in advance, ensure the patient's name matches the name on the order, and provide a bed/room number, ward name/number, and the street address of the hospital.
  • Once we deliver an order to the delivery location successfully, we're unable to pick it up again and/or provide compensation.
  • We DON'T recommend hotel and school deliveries, as there's a high chance of the order getting lost.

  • Unfortunately, we can't ship orders internationally, though we can deliver to anywhere in Australia.
