Payment methods

Gifts Australia accepts a wide variety of payment options to make buying online as simple as possible.  If you would prefer to place your order over the phone you are welcome to call us on 1300 132 161 during our business hours of 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.  Alternatively you can email us with your contact details and we will be happy to call you.


 

PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. It's greatest advantage is that payments are made immediately - much quicker than sending bank transfers.

If you'd like to find out more about the system, visit www.paypal.com.au. Setting up a PayPal account can take up to two weeks to process, but this is all in the interest of your own security. Once it's up and running, you'll find it's a fast, safe and easy way to pay!





Simply choose BPAY as your payment method during the checkout. You will then be issued with a giftsaustralia.com.au biller code and an order reference number to quote at your financial institution. Contact your financial institution either by Phone or Internet Banking and make your BPAY payment. Once you payment has been cleared (which can take up to 2 business days) your order will then be dispatched.




Pay by VISA for secure shopping and instant payment.  We accept VISA credit and debit cards from anywhere in the world.  International customers please note that some Banks restrict online shopping transactions outside of your home country.  You may wish to check with your Bank first prior to shopping online.






Pay by MasterCard for secure shopping and instant payment.  We accept MasterCard credit cards from anywhere in the world.  International customers please note that some Banks restrict online shopping transactions outside of your home country.  You may wish to check with your Bank first prior to shopping online.






Choose Bank Deposit in the checkout and we will send you an email with our Bank account details so that you can transfer your payment directly into our account.  Please use your order number as the reference so that we can match up your payment.  As soon as your payment is received we will ship your order.





Money orders can be purchased at any Australia Post store.  If you choose this method of payment we will send you clear instructions on how to make out the Money Order along with our address details so that you can post it off to us.  Once received we will then ship your order.







If you select this payment method we will send you clear instructions on who to make the cheque out to, along with our address details so that you can post the cheque to us.  Please note that personal cheques can take up to 5 business days to clear into our account.  Once the funds are cleared we will then ship your order.  We can only accept cheques from Australian Bank accounts.
