Working out the distance between two points on a map or chart is easy with this advanced navigation tool. The instrument can be calibrated for metric or imperial units and has a nautical mile scale for use on marine charts.
Simply roll the tip along your chosen route and the distance covered will be displayed on the screen. Roll it backwards and the distance is subtracted from the total. The scale can be adjusted for any map and the device can calculate the time required to travel the measured distance at a given speed.
